The snorkeling at the property was AMAZING.

We encountered major issues during our stay. The refrigerator in our room was broken for two days, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the housekeeping services were inconsistent, making us ask for towel replacements multiple times. Overall, the restaurant options were just standard and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a really restful night. The sea view from our 14th floor room was breathtaking, with stunning sunrises we won't forget. Breakfast truly stood out. it was not only fresh but offered a variety that exceeded expectations.

Snorkeling right off the beach was fantastic, and the corner suite offered the most amazing views from the 11th floor balcony.

The views from our 2 Queen balcony room were spectacular! We enjoyed family time at the spacious beach, and the pools offered fun for everyone. One day, we explored nearby Mayan ruins, a fantastic adventure for the kids and adults alike.

In my wife’s opinion, some areas of the hotel could use more maintenance to be family-friendly.

Access to the ocean could use improvement with all those rocks!!! Only one elevator working at arrival was inconvenient. Also, the lobby had an unpleasant smell, not welcoming at all!!!

The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the balcony of our room. The semi-Olympic pool overlooking the beach was perfect for morning laps, and the freshly made food at the on-site restaurant was a welcome treat. The bar staff crafted exceptional cocktails and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. We had such a great time during our three nights here.

The room was spacious with a gorgeous ocean view. The balcony was a nice touch, perfect for relaxation. It felt clean and well-kept, which was really nice. Honestly, I loved waking up to that blue ocean every day. No complaints on comfort—just really good vibes overall.
